Data controller

Gabriele Bonasia. For any request about your personal data: info@gabongabon.com.

What data the site processes

Browsing data. Like any website, the server hosting the pages (Aruba S.p.A.) records technical connection data in its logs, including the IP address, for the operation and security of the service.

Visit statistics (only with your consent). If you accept, the site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits in aggregate form: pages viewed, language, device and browser type, approximate origin and duration. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. I do not use advertising features; Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off.

Contact. If you write to me by email or WhatsApp, I use the data you provide only to reply. The site has no contact form.

Third-party content

To work, the pages load resources from external services that, as a technical consequence of the connection, receive your IP address:

Recipients and transfers outside the EU

Statistical data is processed by Google Ireland Limited, which may transfer it to Google LLC (United States). Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer relies on that adequacy decision and, where needed, on standard contractual clauses. The other providers (Aruba, Behold, Meta) act as described in their own policies.

Retention

Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@gabongabon.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) or your local supervisory authority.
